About the designer and facilitator of this program:
The programs are presented by a master facilitator with 20 years of training design and facilitation experience. Francesca de Granville is a Graduate Gemologist (GIA) and a Fellow of the Gemmological Association of Great Britain. She has worked with and enabled thousands of sales professionals in more than 25 countries across the globe to improve their performance.
